Planning a trip to see us at Jervis Bay has changed a little, but it is still as beautiful as ever and we’ve always offered great communications, contactless check-in and stringent property management.
While the situation remains fluid, it’s best to stay informed about travel restrictions and book restaurants and experiences before you arrive. Most business now offer online bookings, so you can secure your spot now (remember to use your Dine and Discover vouchers!)If circumstances change and you are prevented from travelling to Jervis Bay due to government directives, we will move your dates or allow you a guest credit for a future stay. We won’t charge you any fees.

In other instances, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your booking and if we can rebook your dates, we will refund you the amount we receive from new guests.
Jervis Bay Rentals have always done full “deep” cleans between guests. This puts us in a very good position to take on the extra requirements that are now expected by our guests.
On top of the thorough clean that is normally done, we will:
– Use Cleaning products that contain ingredients that will kill the coronavirus
– Double check high contact areas (light switches, door handles, hand railings, bench tops, remotes, taps, lock boxes etc) are carefully sanitised
– Ensure our maintenance team wipe down hard surfaces before they leave
We offer a zero contact check-in / check-out process through the use of coded door locks and key lock boxes
Our experienced cleaners will carry out their cleaning processes to an exacting standard. However, if you’re still concerned we’ll make sure you’ve got all you need to clean to your heart’s content! In every property there will be (where applicable):
– Hand sanitiser
– Surface cleaner (Spray ’n Wipe or similar)
– Hand wash at all basins
– Paper towels and tissues
– A Washing machine and laundry detergent
– A mop and bucket
– A vacuum cleaner
Our procedures are based on the information provided by the relevant authorities and adapted for the holiday rental industry.
Even with all our measures in place we would encourage you to bring cleaning supplies and personal protection equipment that you are comfortable with. It is important to understand that we can’t sterilize every item that a previous guest may have been in contact with.
If you feel unwell, or that you may have come into contact with coronavirus, please get a Covid-19 test and travel to Jervis Bay only after you receive a negative result.
Should you test positive for Covid-19, we will issue you with a guest credit so that you can visit once you recover.
Please be respectful of those in our community and practise social distancing at all times.Businesses have adjusted their premises and many now have online booking systems, so book ahead and rest assured that you are expected. Please be patient as we all continue to navigate the restrictions put in place by the NSW Government.
