Brand new home with incredible views!
Enjoy commanding views of Jervis Bay through the ceiling to floor glass along the whole width of the house. You are a just short drive from the gorgeous beaches of the Bay - if you're feeling fit you can walk to the beach, however the walk back up the hill is quite steep.

This house is strictly no smoking inside or on the property (cigarette's, shishas or vape/e cigarettes)

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.

Internet

Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Only two negatives. One, driveway is extremely steep and it’s very difficult to back out. Was easier to park on the street - but street parking on Towry Cres. is limited. Also, the TV (or reception) was dodgy. Only SBS and ABC channels were available most of the time. For the money paid we expected a better set up with access to Netflix and Foxtel.

Jervis Bay Rentals listened to our needs and offered suitable properties. We found Bayview on Bowen to be our home away from home. Immaculate presentation and cleanliness, comfortable living areas and good quality bedding. Perfect kitchen space with a great range of crockery, cutlery, and cooking items, along with all those little items you need, they where just there in the pantry very thoughtful.

Bayview 6 is a beautiful property with everything you need to make yourself at home. It's close to all the beaches and Vincentia Village but also great to stay in and make home cooked dinners. The central heating and cooling was perfect, electronic blinds upstairs, a separate living area down stairs and best of all the floor to ceiling windows for the amazing Jervis Bay view. The driveway is steep with a parking bay at the top. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home! stunning views, very clean and accommodating with the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils you would need, it encouraged us to cook in there! The property is a lot bigger than what it appears. We loved it and would definitely return and recommend!
