This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is perfect for family groups or couples on a fun coastal getaway. You can even bring your small well behaved pet on application!

Living and Entertainment Space
There is plenty of space for comfort with 2 living areas - the media room can be used as a fourth bedroom if required. Ducted air-conditioning means you can cool down in summer and also stay toasty warm in the cooler months.

You'll stay well-entertained on your holiday with a Smart TV with soundbar, plus WiFi included. There are also board games for some more traditional family fun.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and coffee machine. To ensure you really feel right at home, there is also a sandwich press, toaster, kettle, basic pantry items and all your cookware needs. The breakfast bar provides a great space to hang around, chat and snack while meals are being prepared.

The fantastic alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor dining is connected to the lounge/dining room and kitchen. Both the front and back decks have comfy seating, the front deck has views out to the Bay. The backyard is fully fenced for your children or pet and provides a great space to relax in the fresh ocean air.

Location
Tranquil Nelsons Beach is directly just across the road and offers stunning white sand and gentle waves that are perfect for playing in the surf. Dogs are allowed off-leash between 4pm and 8am. There is a great children's playground nearby with BBQ facilities, tables and grassed area for you to enjoy a picnic lunch.

There are lovely bush walks nearby with trails leading to the beaches dotted along this gorgeous stretch of coastline - perfect for a quick cool off after working up a sweat.

Head out for a peaceful holiday run, walk or cycle on the path across the road. The White Sands Walk follows the coast all the way from Vincentia to Huskisson and offers over 7km of spectacular scenery.

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.

Internet

Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Home is spacious, clean and has everything, very new. The gardens are extremely well maintained and comfortable seating out the back and front . Fairchild loved chasing her ball on the grass. If you like to cook fantastic kitchen and bbq. Fully set up utensils wise. But ensure to bring any spices, sauces, dressings. Unlike others very similar in price and size we have been provided a few pantry stables and would replace if used the last of it. Anyhow over all it was very relaxing and peaceful and highly recommended..
