Seaside Serenity is a newly built duplex accommodating 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and is one of Huskisson's prestige water frontage properties on Currumbene Creek at the opening to Jervis Bay. This modern 3 story property will have you whiling the days away admiring the clear waters of Jervis Bay, watching kayakers, whale watching boats and sail boats come and go through the day. With a large lawn leading down to the shared Jetty, the property is perfect for a getaway with family or friends.

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.

Internet

Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

I want to thank JBR Team for the amazing communication prior to our check in. What a location. The view is amazing. The home is only newish. I think it was built around 2020. Parents can have upstairs for privacy (I gave upstairs to my in-laws 🙂) and on the main level, you have a large family area, dining and 2 bedrooms with a seperate bathroom. Downstairs you have a play room where the kids can hang out or even yourself if you want to watch TV and not wake others up. plus there is a toilet and shower downstairs too. The neighbours are beautiful. We gave our unopened items from the fridge to them and they were so appreciative. Please do respect the neighbourhood. As a community we need to understand how annoying it would be having ferrel kids and adults making noise all night. If that's the family you have, don't stay here. But, it truly a place you park the car and walk. 5 mins to everything

By Lesley, who stayed at Seaside Serenity in Huskisson in December 2021.  The modern house with a light and airy interior is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.  We spent many hours on the large deck taking in the view of the jetty, across the water and over to the town. The town of Huskisson is conveniently located a short walk from the house to shops, restaurants and cafes. Will definitely be back.

Lovely new property right on the water. We could kayak rand swim directly off the jetty and had our own semi-private beach a short swim away. Everything was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Plenty of books and games included in a separate room that kept the kids occupied so that the adults could relax and enjoy the beautiful view and sea breeze. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. Best location in Huskisson in my opinion! Can't wait to return. Thank you
