Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.


Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

We loved our stay. We are a family of four and the space was excellent, very well equiped and the location to the shops of Huskisson was perfect as we could walk everywhere. All our needs were catered for, including the provision of two cots and a high chair. Excellent service!

Lovely property with plenty of room - both inside and out. Well stocked with appliances and provisions. Private location on a busy road, but it means you are close to the main street and a short stroll to the gorgeous beaches. Staff at Jervis Bay Rental very helpful.

We were travelling with our twins and appreciated the additional cot and high chair to save us the hassle of travelling with them. Accommodation has everything you would need (with extras) for you and your family to have a wonderful holiday. It was the perfect spot for our first family holiday.

Serenity Shores is the perfect place to stay. So close to everything. The apartment is very modern and is very well equipped. We didn't need to pack much at all. Has beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels too. The Park and beach is across the road and the Main Street is a three minute walk. There is a large grassy courtyard for kids to play and to hose down all the beach gear. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Shores from the moment we pulled up into the garage and then opened the back doors we were pleasantly impressed. The unit was sparkling clean (and that is quite something from 'Mrs Clean Queen') The kitchen is well equipped with good quality items. The additional bits were welcomed e.q cooking oil, spices, foil etc etc as these items are rarely included in rentals. We ate in each night as we had young children in the group and the BBQ facilities were excellent. In spite of the rain we were able to eat outside. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. We used all the beach towels on our many trips to the beach and it was lovely to be supplied with these. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
