Solari is a brand new, light filled and luxurious three bedroom two bathroom penthouse only an 800 metre walk into the seaside village of Huskisson. You will have everything you need on your doorstep from beaches, walking and bike paths, cafes and restaurants and of course the natural surroundings of the South Coast.

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.


Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Solari is a spacious apartment located on the top floor of a small apartment block. It is modern and well appointed with quality beddings and according to our teenage child, very fast wifi. Even though it is an apartment, it provides outdoor spaces via its two large oversized balconies furnished with quality outdoor furniture, bbq and even a spa. On site security car parking is provided in the basement of the block accessible by a lift. rnrnSolari provides a good base to explore the Jervis Bay area - Husky beach is a short 5-minute stroll away and town centre is a 10 to 15-minute walk in the other direction. Other famous sites and beaches are a short drive away. rnrnOur wonderful 3-night stay came to an end quickly but we are already thinking of returning to Solari in the not too distant future for a longer stay and enjoy all that Jervis Bay has to offer.

My husband and I stayed at this beautifully set up rooftop apartment for a week and we loved it. The spacious terraces gave us plenty of room to relax, eat and enjoy our time together. We especially loved the spa and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for the kids to have their own space to unwind, read or play games inside too. The location is wonderful and so close to the beach, boardwalk and shops and yet set back enough that it is a very quiet area to rest and relax. We will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future

We loved staying at the unit with our family, so close to the beach, walkways, shops, cafes and parks. The unit was modern, new and clean. Lovely beds and comfortable space for all our family. Loved the spa on the front balcony at sunset.

We give Solari 5/5 stars! It was so beautiful- loved all the natural light and large spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The huge balconies were amazing and we enjoyed using all the areas during our stay- especially watching the sunset while using the spa!rnThe bedrooms were super comfortable, loved the big master ensuite and also having the shower at the entryway was so handy.rnThe proximity to the beach was even better than anticipated. An easy walk even with a toddler and beach gear. Also so close to walk to the Main street for great food and drinks or just for a stroll to take in the amazing views. Truly was the best location! Just close enough and far enough away to feel secluded.rnWe canu2019t wait to stay again!
