This is It was a beautifully presented and maintained house. It was very spacious which was great as our family was there during heavy rain which meant we needed to spend most of the weekend inside.

This Is It has everything you possibly require for an amazing stay with friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we required to cook.

This is it, is a special holiday home. The house has everything a holiday home needs, very clean, modern and stylish. Close to the beach and supermarket. A fireplace and games for rainy days. Easy check in and check out.

It was a very comfortable stay. we were 8 adults. Everywhere in the house accommodated us comfortably: Bedrooms, kitchen, dinning area, seating area, bathroom & balcony. All what you could need in the kitchen, BBQ area, laundry was available.We really loved the place and look forward to go back.

This Is It was like a home away from home. All the creature comforts you could hope for and more. The location was close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxed and away from it all.

This is our second time staying with Jervis Bay Rentals and both times the properties have been amazing, beautiful, and clean, and weu2019re so easy to book.

We recently enjoyed four fabulous days at This Is It in Vincentia The house is perfectly located near Orion nbsp Beach and is in close proximity to the white sands walk and shops The house is beautifully designed and the craftsmanship in the building is exceptional The house is perfectly comfortable for two families and features a luxurious bathtub cosy fireplace and a number of sundrenched verandahs to relax and enjoy The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking up a storm if desired We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at This is It The house was perfect for the family group we had and ideally located to attend our sons Navy Officer Graduation at HMAS Creswell The house was so clean and well equipped the booking process was simple and we would love to stay there again - pity we are in South Australia and its not just around the corner

It s a really beautiful property that was extremely clean well stocked and in a fantastic location with a nearby path leading down to a beautiful protected beach. It was very comfortable for several families with ample parking and a great out door shower for rinsing off after the beach. The kids loved having their own space upstairs, and so did we. The bathrooms were also a great size and plentiful. We look forward to staying at this property again. The service was very helpful.
