The tidal inlet out the front is a favourite with kids and families thanks to the protection is provides from the prominent summer winds and safe swimming conditions. Water View was built in late 2017, so it is a modern well thought out property ideal for your time in Jervis Bay.

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.

Internet

Please be aware that ADSL (fixed line broadband) internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

There is extensive coverage of Telstra’s 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone.

Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

A group of 8 of us (4 couples) stayed at Water View for 2 nights to attend a wedding. We were all blown away by the property. It's location, size, amenities, luxuriousness & affordability. The underfloor heating was especially nice for our winter's stay and the view from the elevated deck was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful property! So modern and spacious and had every comfort from home that you could want. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning. We could not have found a more perfect place for our weekend away with our friends (4 adults and 3 young kids).

Water view offers the perfect location together with a lovely balcony, living areas with a view and modern accessible kitchen to relax. We loved cooking in the kitchen and on the bbq then relaxing on the balcony. The location offers easy access to the beach and creek in a out of the way spot but able to walk to the shops.

We had such a wonderful time staying here even when it was raining during our stay. The property was simply amazing. Extremely spacious and very clean. The location was perfect for my 4 year old daughter with Moona Moona creek being virtually opposite the property. It was also a few mins drive to the local shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Jervis Bay Rentals worked well for us. The property was well serviced with attention to detail, like beach towels and soap for the outside shower. They were responsive and able to assist, in our case extending the checkout time.

Beautiful property situated right on the water with gorgeous views of both Moona Moona Creek and the bay beyond. The position was ideal and allowed for constant movement between the creek, the beach and beyond. During our stay we also rented bikes and kayaks and ventured further afield - this was a great base for all of this. The property is newly built with high quality fittings and a functional and spacious layout. The kitchen was well equipped (including a coffee machine), and there were great BBQ and entertaining facilities. We definitely underused these facilities, and explored the excellent local dining options during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The infrastructure also allowed for plenty of parking space The accommodation was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. In my opinion, the most outstanding aspect of the property was the position. The position and views are really, really special.
