– Bathroom/Laundry: Shower, toilet and vanity - No laundry facilities
– Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning
– Access/dangers: Access via driveway gate, yard not fully fenced
– Parking: Street parking or in 1 small car in driveway
– Outdoor Space: Lawn area, deck with BBQ, outdoor day bed
– Pets: None permitted

– Linen: The bed will be made, and beach towels, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers are supplied
